Customers is everyone who has signed in to your app, one page per person. Open someone to see their access, what they've paid, their credits and their activity, and to give them credits or a plan by hand.

Open Customers to see everyone who has signed in to your app, newest first.
Search by email to find one person.
One customer
Open a customer to see their access, what they've paid, their credits and their activity, one row each.
Credits
Open Credits to see their balance, and Grant credits to give them some by hand.
Choose Grant credits, say how many and why, and set a day they expire if they shouldn't last forever.
Choose Grant credits again to give them: the balance and where every credit came from show straight away.
Grant credits stays dark for an amount outside 1 to 100,000, or with no note — nothing invalid can be sent.
Access
Open Access, then Grant access to put them on a plan by hand, with no payment recorded.
Activity
Open Activity to follow their sign-ins and activity, newest first.
Manage
Open Manage for what you can do to their account; anything that can't be undone asks you to confirm first.
What it refuses and why
Customers refuses by waiting rather than by answering: Grant credits and Grant access both stay dark until what's typed is valid, so nothing invalid reaches the ledger to be refused.
