What happened

The conversation's customer was erased, so their address is gone from it. A reply, from an AI or the dashboard's Inbox, is refused with nothing sent: "This person was erased — there is no address to reply to.". Fetching one of their messages again is refused too: "This person was erased — their message is not fetched again.".
