What happened

A request to /mcp wasn't one JSON-RPC message or a batch of at most 10, or a connector sign-in request is missing what OAuth requires (such as the PKCE code_verifier, 43 to 128 characters). The connector's sign-in addresses answer 405 with the same error when called with the wrong method. Your AI app's MCP client sends these.
