What happened

A person exports their own data once every 30 days, counted from their last export; the dashboard exports a person's data once a day. The message gives the date and, on the person's own export, says they can still ask the app's owner for their data. Only that refusal, the person's own within 30 days, carries ownerContact: the app's support address, or null when it has none. While an export of the same person is still being prepared, another is refused at once, and resetAt is a couple of minutes away.
